Manage the corporate team

Invite employees and HR administrators, review invitation states and remove access.

Open Invitations to invite a teammate and Members to review current memberships. A corporate owner can invite HR administrators or employees. An HR administrator can invite employees only. Neither role can transfer ownership or promote an existing member through a new invitation.

Invite one teammate

  1. Open Invitations and enter the recipient email.
  2. Choose member for an employee or hr admin when an owner is assigning HR access.
  3. Select Review invitation, check the workspace, address and role, then select Send invitation.
  4. Check the invitation list after sending. The invitation creates a pending invitation; it does not create membership until the recipient verifies and accepts it.

An invitation lasts seven days. Accepted by email service means the provider accepted the message, not that it reached the inbox or that the recipient joined. Use Refresh status, Review resend or Revoke according to the current state. A replacement link invalidates the previous unused link, even if the replacement email fails.

Invite several employees

Corporate owners and HR administrators can choose Invite multiple employees, paste one email per line and select Review recipients. The list accepts up to 20 distinct addresses after trimming spaces and removing duplicates. Bulk invitations are for ordinary employees only; invite an HR administrator through the individual flow.

After review, sends run one at a time. The existing limit of 10 requests per minute still applies. A list can stop partway through because of a rate limit, connection loss, lost access, an error or an uncertain result. Stop after current finishes the current attempt before stopping. No item is retried automatically.

Review each row's actual status: Not sent, Sending, Accepted by email service, Email send failed or Email status unknown. After a wait, choose Review unsent and explicitly continue only after checking the invitation list. If an outcome is uncertain, check the recipient and current invitation before replacing it.

Remove access

In Members, review the person and workspace, then choose Remove access. Owners can remove HR administrators and employees; HR administrators can remove employees. Owners and self-removal are protected. Removal ends that membership and its workspace session context, but does not delete the person's account or health records. Rejoining requires a new invitation and does not restore prior sharing consent.

For complete invitation states and email recovery, see workspace invitations. Membership never discloses health readings or sharing choices.
