Choose your portal
Find the right MedBuk+ portal, use your existing account and understand separate sign-ins.
The three portals are public in MedBuk+'s current live data environment. Use the portal that matches your work and sign in on that portal's host. Each active portal has a host-only session cookie, so moving to another host means signing in again even when you use the same MedBuk+ account.
Which portal should I use?
| Your work | Portal | User guide |
|---|---|---|
| Administer MedBuk+, manage merchant/corporate workspaces and review rewards | Platform administration | Platform owner guide |
| Manage your company's team and authorized HR tasks | Corporate workspace | Corporate guide |
| Manage merchant rewards or collect claims with your assigned permissions | Merchant workspace | Merchant guide |
Personal app users should open MedBuk+ on their phone and follow the App user
guide. The planned personal PWA address,
https://user.medbuk.cenvora.dev, is not deployed yet. Public app-store download
links are not available in this guide yet; testing access
is separate.
Each portal checks your current access. Being an owner of a company or merchant workspace does not give you platform administration rights.
Do I need another account?
Use the same MedBuk+ account and existing password where you have access. Your account identity stays the same, but each portal has its own signed-in session. Opening another portal does not create an account or copy your session.
Accounts are not automatically merged using matching names, phone numbers or email addresses. If your existing account has no usable email login, ask your authorized operator about recovery before creating another account.
How do I sign in to Platform?
Platform is MedBuk+'s administration portal, not a separate new admin app. Use your administrator email and password. An authorized operator must provision your platform access. Platform has no email-code, phone or passkey sign-in, public signup or self-service password reset. Contact your authorized platform operator if you need password recovery.
Platform actions require a password sign-in within the last five minutes. You may therefore be asked to sign in again while using the portal. A platform session ends after at most eight hours; using the page does not extend that limit.
How do I sign in to Corporate or Merchant?
Choose Password or Email code. Returning accounts with verified email and no platform-admin role can use these email methods. Forgot password starts a separate email-code recovery flow; after a successful reset, sign in again with your new password. Password setup or recovery ends existing sessions, including sessions in other portals.
A new email account requires a matching live invitation and successful inbox verification. Signing in or setting a password does not accept the invitation: review the company or merchant, your role and the invited email, then explicitly accept. If the invitation is unavailable, ask the inviter to check it before requesting a replacement. Platform administrators who also have workspace access continue to use their password; email-code recovery is not admin recovery.
Privileged company and merchant actions require a password or email-code sign-in within five minutes and the appropriate current workspace role. Company access never gives an employer access to your health passport. Any existing medical-leave workflow keeps its separate, explicit submission and HR permissions.
How does a company invitation continue in the app?
On the Corporate join page, employees can choose Open in MedBuk+ before web sign-in or private preview, then continue with their existing phone account. The button disappears when the private preview identifies an owner, HR or another non-employee role. The Corporate page is the only web page with this new button; a legacy Partner email link can be pasted directly into the app.
The handoff keeps its private invitation data out of navigation parameters and does not forward web credentials. The installed app must be an updated build.
If the handoff does not open, open Medical leave → Join company in MedBuk+ and paste the original email link. Sign in with WhatsApp when asked, prove the invited email separately, then explicitly accept. An invitation is account-bound and expires within seven days; neither sign-in step automatically links accounts, shares health records or adds membership.
For staging, use the raw code or the matching Preview/Beta app scheme and staging invitation. Do not use production links or production app schemes with staging data. Owners and HR administrators continue to use the email portal.
What happens when I switch portals?
The portal switcher offers destinations your account is currently authorized to use. Selecting one opens that portal's sign-in page. Sign in on the destination host; there is no automatic sign-in across portals. Each workspace also checks its current membership and permissions.
If a destination or workspace is missing, ask its authorized owner to review your access. A saved link cannot restore a removed role.
Search a selection menu
Open a dropdown and type part of an option’s name to narrow the list. Choose a result with a click, or use the arrow keys and Enter. Escape closes the menu and keeps the current choice. Clear the search text to see every available option; No matching options means the list has no match, not that your access changed.
Search is available for workspace names, roles, business and reward types, report periods, stages, welcome versions and onboarding settings. Only options already available to your role appear. Typing does not create a new option.
Choosing an option does not send an invitation, publish a reward or switch your workspace. Continue with the form’s existing Apply, Save, Review invitation or Switch workspace action. Report measures and onboarding previews that already respond immediately still do so. In the date calendar, select a preset and then choose Apply to update the report.
Will my old Partner links work?
The existing Partner portal remains compatible
for old links during the migration. The new Platform portal keeps existing
/platform/* subpaths, including merchant, corporate and reward administration.
An old invitation still requires its own review and acceptance; moving portals
does not accept it for you.
The future addresses platform.medbukplus.com, corporate.medbukplus.com and
merchant.medbukplus.com are planned only. No DNS activation or move to those
addresses is part of this change.
You can review the public login pages without submitting anything. Do not use the live portals for test accounts, test email requests or sample health records. For related workflows, see company workspaces, merchant administration and invitations and partner access.
