Analytics dates and refresh
Understand date ranges, current snapshots and refresh states in any web portal.
Dates use Malaysia time (UTC+8). Select a preset or enter both dates, then choose Apply. Access to each report still depends on your role and workspace.
| Selection | Dates included |
|---|---|
| Today / Yesterday | The current or preceding Malaysia date. |
| This week / Last week / Next week | A Monday–Sunday week. This week includes its future dates. |
| This month / Last month | The full calendar month. |
| Last 7 / 30 / 90 days | Today and the preceding 6 / 29 / 89 dates. |
| Custom range | From and To, inclusive, up to 366 dates. To cannot pass the end of next month. |
Observed activity stops at the snapshot time. Future dates do not predict activity. An authorised corporate medical-leave summary can include requests already filed for future leave dates; it is not a forecast of absence.
Current stock, membership and workspace states describe the time of the snapshot, even when you choose an earlier period. They are not historical month-end totals. Unavailable data is not the same as zero.
When does the page update?
Visible, online analytics pages request another snapshot every 30 seconds. Refresh now requests one immediately. Check the last-update time and displayed period; earlier data stays labelled while a new request loads. Offline or hidden pages pause automatic updates.
If the session expires or access changes, sign in again. A refresh cannot renew a five-minute privilege window or restore removed permissions. After an uncertain response, check the displayed period and update time before using the figures.
