Read workspace membership, invitation, offer and claim summaries.
Open Analytics in your active merchant workspace. Only merchant owners can view this report. Staff collection access does not grant analytics access.
Read the report
- Sign in with Password or Email code within the last five minutes.
- Open Analytics and choose a date preset or enter a Custom range.
- Select Apply and check the Malaysia-time date range shown.
- Use Refresh now when you need another snapshot. When the page is visible and online, it requests an update every 30 seconds.
Dates use Malaysia time (UTC+8), and weeks run Monday–Sunday. Current members, workspace state, offer review states and stock describe the snapshot time even when you select an earlier period. Claim outcomes are grouped by reservation date and classified at snapshot time.
The report covers membership and invitations, offer review states, current stock and reward claim outcomes. It does not show customer identities, contacts, health records or health-derived scores. Available stock does not guarantee that every account is eligible.
If the report is cleared after a session expiry or access change, use Sign in again. Invalid periods need correction; repeated refreshes cannot extend the five-minute authentication window. See the shared analytics definitions for period and metric details.
