Use the Merchant workspace to manage a partner listing, free or discounted rewards and verified claims. This workspace is for merchant owners and merchant staff. It does not provide Corporate administration or health-passport access.

Start here
- Sign in and accept an invitation. New accounts need a live invitation, inbox verification and explicit acceptance.
- Manage your team. Owners invite staff and review or remove access.
- Manage partners and rewards. Owners maintain the directory draft and submit free or discounted offers for Platform review.
- Collect a reward. Owners and staff verify a member's QR or short code before confirming free delivery or discount application.
- Read analytics. Owners can view workspace operations; staff do not have analytics access.

Updated workspace navigation
Dashboard leads with available reward operations. Use Redeem voucher to verify a QR or short code. Owners can open App profile, Branches & hours and Products & services directly within the same directory editor. Changes still require the existing save and review steps. Team invitation forms open in a side drawer; close it with Cancel, the close button or Escape.
