Use the Merchant workspace to manage sign-up rewards and collect verified claims. This workspace is for merchant owners and merchant staff. It does not provide Corporate administration or health-passport access.

- Sign in and accept an invitation. New accounts need a live invitation, inbox verification and explicit acceptance.
- Manage your team. Owners invite staff and review or remove access.
- Create a sign-up reward. Owners save, review and submit offers for Platform review.
- Collect a reward. Owners and staff verify a visitor's QR or short code before confirming redemption.
- Read analytics. Owners can view workspace operations; staff do not have analytics access.
