Manage sign-up rewards
Create an offer, review its status and submit it for Platform review.
Merchant owners open Sign-up rewards to prepare offers. Staff do not have offer-management access.
Create and submit an offer
- Select New offer and enter the title, summary, rules, offering type and delivery type.
- Add total stock, reservation duration and the claim and collection dates.
- Use Malaysia time (MYT, UTC+08:00) for the displayed date fields.
- Add a JPEG, PNG or WebP image no larger than 2 MB, review the preview and select Save draft.
- Check the saved details, then select Submit for review.
The offer status is shown as Draft, Changes requested, Awaiting review or Published. Drafts and offers with changes requested can be edited. An offer awaiting review cannot be edited. A published offer cannot be rewritten. The Platform reviewer decides whether it is published; saving or submitting does not publish it automatically.
Review the title, terms, stock, dates and image rights before submitting. If a save response is uncertain, reload the current details before trying again. A changed offer version can require a fresh review.
