Select dates and automatic updates

Dates use Malaysia time (UTC+8), weeks run Monday through Sunday, and custom ranges include both dates. Available selections include Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, Next week, This month, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days and Custom range. A custom range can contain up to 366 dates, and its end cannot be later than the final day of next month.

Use the single Date range button to open the branded calendar. Choose a preset or select a start and end date, then choose Apply. Cancel, Escape or clicking outside the calendar closes it and discards unapplied date changes. This date control is shared across all analytics inside Platform, including merchant and corporate detail analytics; Corporate and Merchant portal analytics are separate.

Current stock, member counts, workspace states and review queues are snapshots of the current time, independent of the selected period. Future dates contain no observed activity. Data outside available coverage is marked unavailable, not zero.

While the page is visible and online, Analytics requests a new snapshot every 30 seconds. Returning to the tab or window, or reconnecting after going offline, requests a fresh snapshot immediately unless a retry delay or access check is pending. Hiding the page or going offline pauses updates. Network and rate-limit backoff remains automatic. The page shows the last update time and marks stale data.

Understand the numbers

Registered accounts are canonical account creations, not app installations. DAU, WAU and MAU count distinct consenting app accounts with recorded foreground use in their fixed windows; background notifications and health records do not establish foreground use. App-usage coverage retains today and the previous 89 Malaysia dates. Operational membership, invitation and reward histories follow their own available records.

Merchant and corporate counts describe membership edges, invitations, offers, stock, claims and lifecycle states. A reward claim cohort is classified by its current state, while daily outcomes use reservation date. Current stock is a snapshot and does not guarantee account eligibility.

Recover from errors

If a snapshot fails, automatic retry and backoff handle network and rate-limit responses. If the session expires or access is removed, the report stops and clears; choose Sign in again or have the appropriate access restored. Polling does not extend the five-minute authentication window. For an invalid period, correct the dates. A partial or unavailable period reflects missing coverage and should not be read as zero activity.

For all date presets, range limits and refresh states, see Analytics dates and refresh.
