Manage corporate workspaces
Manage company prospects, owner invitations and corporate workspace status.
Open Corporates after signing in to Platform with a fresh email/password authentication. Platform administrators can search company and contact details, filter by stage and review 25 records per page.
Add and invite a company
Choose Add prospect, enter the company name, contact name and intended owner's email, and save. A saved prospect is not an account and does not send an email. Review the saved recipient before choosing Send owner email. The owner link expires after seven days.
The lifecycle labels mean:
| Stage | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Prospect | Company recorded without a current unused owner invitation. |
| Invited | An unused, unexpired owner invitation exists. This does not confirm inbox delivery. |
| Active | The owner accepted the invitation and the workspace was activated. |
| Suspended | Workspace access is disabled; records and membership history remain. |
Accepted by email service means the email service accepted the send request. It does not mean the message reached the inbox or that the owner accepted the invitation. Send failed, Delivery unconfirmed, Sending and Not sent are delivery outcomes; check them separately from owner acceptance.
Change an invitation
For a pending company, select Review recipient, confirm the company, contact and email, then choose Send owner email. To send again, choose Resend invitation. Resending invalidates all older unused owner links before creating the replacement, even if the replacement email later fails. To stop offering access, choose Revoke invitation; the unused link then stops working.
To edit pending contact details, revoke the current invitation first, then edit and save the prospect. Contact-email changes for an active company and ownership transfers are not available in this workflow.
Suspend or reactivate a company
Open the company and choose the status action. Confirm the company name exactly as shown, then submit Suspend workspace or Reactivate workspace. Suspension disables workspace access while retaining the company and membership history. Activation follows the existing onboarding state; it does not bypass onboarding.
Platform ownership does not provide tenant HR or MC permissions, and this role cannot read personal health data through corporate administration. Direct employees and workspace HR tasks belong in the Corporate guide.
Recover from errors
If the page reports a stale version or a conflicting change, reload the company and review its current stage and invitation history. If email delivery is Sending, refresh before replacing it. If delivery is failed or unconfirmed, verify the recipient with the intended owner and use the replacement action when appropriate. Never treat a delivery status as proof of acceptance.
