Platform owner guide

This guide is for authorized MedBuk+ platform administrators. It covers the owner workflow for managing prospects, invitations, workspaces, rewards and grouped platform reports.

Sign in

Open the Platform sign-in page and use your existing authorized administrator email and password. Platform access is provisioned by an authorized operator. There is no public signup or self-service password reset, and Platform does not use email-code, phone or passkey sign-in.

Your password sign-in must be fresh within five minutes for platform actions. A session ends after at most eight hours; using the portal does not extend that limit. If you need recovery, contact your authorized platform operator. They must verify your identity before resetting the password, and a reset signs out every device.

Choose a task

• Corporates: record company prospects, send or replace owner invitations, review stages and suspend a company workspace.
• Merchants: run the five-place merchant pilot, manage invitations, and review rewards before publication.
• Onboarding: prepare, publish and archive welcome content and inspect grouped setup results.
• Analytics: read current platform and workspace operations using Malaysia-time date filters.

Use portal access for the relationship between Platform, Corporate and Merchant portals. Platform administration does not grant tenant HR or merchant workspace permissions, and workspace access does not grant Platform access. If something fails

When a save, invitation or report request times out, refresh the relevant record before repeating the action. The portal checks the current record version so a stale form does not overwrite another administrator's change. If the result is still unclear, check the record history first. For an expired session, use Sign in again; polling or leaving the page open does not renew the five-minute action window.
