Platform owner guide

This guide is for authorized MedBuk+ platform administrators. It covers the owner workflow for managing prospects, invitations, workspaces, rewards and grouped platform reports.

Sign in

Open the Platform sign-in page and use your existing authorized administrator email with Password or Email code. Platform access is provisioned by an authorized operator; signing in does not grant a role. There is no public signup, and Platform does not use phone or passkey sign-in. Forgot password is a separate email-code recovery flow and does not grant a role.

Your Password or Email code authentication must be fresh within five minutes for platform changes, exports and other protected actions. A session ends after at most eight hours; using the portal does not extend that limit. A password reset signs out existing sessions, so sign in again afterward. Full-admin issuance remains owner-operated; a reset does not change platform roles.

Choose a task

• Corporates: record company prospects, send or replace owner invitations, review stages and suspend a company workspace.
• Merchants: run the five-place merchant pilot, manage invitations, and review rewards before publication.
• Onboarding: prepare, publish and archive welcome content and inspect grouped setup results.
• Analytics: read current platform and workspace operations using Malaysia-time date filters.

Use portal access for the relationship between Platform, Corporate and Merchant portals. Platform administration does not grant tenant HR or merchant workspace permissions, and workspace access does not grant Platform access. If something fails

When a save, invitation or report request times out, refresh the relevant record before repeating the action. The portal checks the current record version so a stale form does not overwrite another administrator's change. If the result is still unclear, check the record history first. For an expired session, use Sign in again; polling or leaving the page open does not renew the five-minute action window.

The canonical Platform address is https://platform.medbukplus.com. Older Cenvora addresses may redirect during migration; they do not create a separate identity or workspace.

Updated workspace overview

The overview includes available opt-in activity and signup totals alongside merchant and corporate counts. Missing analytics are labelled unavailable; they are not zero activity. Merchant and corporate creation forms also open in side drawers from their lists. Saving a prospect and sending its owner invitation remain separate actions.
