App user guide
Your personal health passport, activities, rewards and sharing choices.
Open MedBuk+
Use the MedBuk+ app installed on your phone, then sign in with your own WhatsApp number. You do not need a corporate or merchant portal account to keep personal records. Health records stay private by default.
A public App Store or Google Play download link is not available in this guide yet. For an invited test, follow installation and testing and use the current build link supplied by the MedBuk+ team. An Expo development build is not a public app-store release.
Join a company
When a company sends you an invitation, use the Open in MedBuk+ button on the Corporate join page before signing in to the web portal. This lets you continue with your existing phone account. The button is available before the private invitation preview; it disappears if the preview identifies an owner, HR or another non-employee role. A legacy Partner email link can be pasted directly into the app instead.
If the app does not open the handoff, open Medical leave → Join company, paste the original email link, and sign in with WhatsApp when asked. The app then proves the invited email separately before you explicitly accept. Owners and HR administrators should continue in the email portal. An updated installed build is required.
The invitation expires within seven days and is bound to the account that accepts it. Opening an invitation never accepts it, shares health records, links another login or adds membership automatically. First-sign-in onboarding returns to the invitation.

Controls can differ by installed app version and service availability. A missing control is not permission to bypass a review or sharing step. Check that you are using the intended app/build before asking the team for help.
If you also manage a company, merchant or the platform, use its separate role guide and portal.
