Getting started with MedBuk+
A walkthrough of the MedBuk+ app with annotated screenshots from Android and iPhone.
MedBuk+ is an app for recording and keeping track of your meals, readings, mood and steps in a private Health Passport, and for sharing only what you choose. This guide shows each main screen with numbered markers and a short explanation of every marker.
MedBuk+ records, tracks and shares. It does not diagnose, assess or tell you what a reading means. Ask your doctor or nurse about your results.

What you need to know first
- Private by default. Your records stay private to you. Sharing is a separate choice each time.
- Points. Points come from a one-time welcome gift and are spent on partner vouchers. Steps, meals, readings and mood check-ins do not earn points.
- Sign in. Sign in with your email address, or with Apple or Google where offered. Phone and WhatsApp sign-in are no longer available.
About the screenshots
The screenshots are from MedBuk+ version 1.8.0 using sample data. Both the Android and the iPhone screens are from a signed-in app. Each screen has an Android tab and an iPhone tab. A few screens, such as the saved confirmation, are shown for Android only. These are annotated reference screens, not fresh device proof; controls can differ by installed app version and service availability.
Controls can differ by app version and service availability. Language settings can show the app in English, Bahasa or Chinese; this guide is in English.
