Welcome rewards

Review an offer, reserve a welcome reward and redeem it with the campaign merchant.

Welcome rewards let you reserve a published offer and present its proof to the campaign's merchant. Offer availability depends on published campaigns, current stock, dates and the installed app version. Follow the actual offer and reservation shown in the app.

Where do I find an offer?

Open You, then Welcome rewards. You can browse published offers before signing in. If the list is empty, there is no published campaign to show; refreshing does not create an offer.

Open an offer to see whether it is a physical gift or digital voucher, its rules, claim window, redemption deadline and stock at the last refresh. Available stock may change before your reservation is confirmed.

How do I reserve a reward?

  1. Sign in with your own account and open the offer.
  2. Read its actual rules and collection deadline.
  3. Select the rule-acceptance checkbox, then Reserve reward.
  4. Check the resulting claim and its reservation expiry before going to the merchant.

A welcome campaign allows one claim per account. This is not verification of a person's identity or a guarantee of one claim per person. Welcome claims do not require step counts, health-record sharing or public leaderboard participation.

If a response is lost, retry with the same account or refresh campaigns to find the existing claim. The app keeps the same claim request for retries, including after a restart. An expired claim cannot reserve another reward in the same campaign.

What do I show at collection?

Open View my claim and keep its QR and short fallback code private. Show them only to that campaign's merchant when you are ready to redeem.

The QR is short-lived and refreshes while the active claim screen is open. The short code remains valid until the separate reservation expiry. If scanning fails, the merchant can type that code. Return to the claim and refresh its status if you have backgrounded the app, changed accounts or lost your connection.

For a physical gift, the merchant confirms redemption before handing over the campaign item. For a digital voucher, the claim proof is the voucher used to redeem the stated offer; this flow does not promise a separately emailed voucher or shipped goods.

What do the states mean?

StateWhat happens next
Not open yetWait for the published claim window.
No stock availableRefresh to check availability; no reservation is guaranteed.
Claim period endedThe campaign is no longer accepting new claims.
Identity verification unavailableClaims are disabled until a real verification workflow is available. An IC photo or OCR result does not qualify.
ReservedPresent valid proof before the reservation expires.
Reservation expiredIts codes can no longer redeem the reward.
RedeemedRedemption has already been recorded; the reward must not be issued again.
CancelledThe claim cannot be redeemed.

The campaign's claim window, overall redemption deadline and your reservation expiry are different dates. Follow the expiry shown on your claim. An expired QR alone does not mean the reservation ended: refresh the QR or use the still-valid short code.

How do merchant staff verify and redeem?

Merchant owners and staff follow the separate redemption guide. Wait for their confirmed result before collecting the reward.

What happens if I request account deletion?

New deletion requests are not currently enabled. When available, submitting a deletion request queues processing. When account-data deletion completes, unredeemed welcome claims are cancelled, unused reservations are released and pickup codes are revoked. Claim/redemption/cancellation history is retained separately for financial records and disputes. See the current notice and receipt in the app's privacy controls; deletion does not undo a reward already redeemed.
