Contact support if something in the app does not work or you have a question about your account. For medical questions, talk to your doctor or nurse.

How do I contact support?

Open Settings, then Help & support. Support is by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Call support. Call +60 11-1113 1981.
WhatsApp support. Message the same number on WhatsApp.
Email support. Write to support@vigordigital.org.
When to expect a reply. Replies usually come within a few working days.
