Manage onboarding

Edit, publish and review the welcome experience for new setup sessions.

Open Onboarding from the Platform sidebar. This area is for authorized Platform administrators. Merchant and tenant HR permissions do not provide access.

Create a revision

Choose a revision, then select Edit a new copy. Update the version name, welcome screens and optional questions, and choose Save draft. A draft supports up to five screens and eight optional questions. Each question supports two to eight choices and an explicit single or multiple-selection limit.

Provide English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese text for every screen. Keep a screen to a short title and one supporting sentence. Use an approved mascot or an image from the MedBuk+ onboarding library, with translated image descriptions where needed. Keep questions about goals and preferences; personal health questions are outside this setup.

Publish or archive

Preview each language, then choose Review & publish. Publishing makes the saved revision available to new setup sessions and archives the previous live revision. Existing sessions keep their original questions. Published content is not edited or deleted in place; make a new copy for the next revision.

Choose Archive to remove a published revision from new sessions while preserving historical sessions. Choose Delete only for an unpublished draft.

Read the report

Completion & answers shows grouped counts for signed-in setup sessions started for the selected revision: completed, skipped and in progress. Screen counts reflect saved progress, and answer totals reflect submitted choices. A person may choose multiple options, so option totals may exceed the number of answered sessions. The report does not expose identities or individual answers.

Recover from errors

If another administrator changed a draft, reload before saving; stale edits are rejected instead of overwriting the newer copy. If a published revision is not the one you expected, select the intended version and review its status before publishing another copy. If onboarding is temporarily unavailable, reload and confirm that no content changed before retrying.
